Life Out of the Box is about pursuing your dreams and doing what you love by stepping out of the typical box and making it happen no matter what. It’s one thing to be able to think differently, but it’s another to actually act on those thoughts. We want to inspire people to be doers, not just dreamers. 

It’s also about giving back to the world while making your dreams come true. Our mission with Life Out of the Box is to not only inspire people in the first world to always go after their dreams, but to also give kids in the third world the tools to be able to do the same as well.

  4. I am definitely out of my box, here. I raised 4 sons and thought once I retired from mommydom, I’d take in unwed teen mothers who were ostracized by their own families, but an amazing thing has happened: I got a teen boy. He’s not in any kind of trouble but his mom sure is: turned herself in for detox/rehab and needed a place to put this darling kid. So here I am, raising another boy. Not so out of the box, but yet…

  20. I think I was born out of the box 😉 and I bet you were too (though aren’t we all we just forget). I’ve been following my heart in work and life for many years- a few detours but I always come back to the path- though it’s really all the Path. No detours.

  37. Very inspirational blog – especially as I am about to leave the UK and go with my family to work in Tanzania after a whole life working in the West. Looking forward to it, although it’s scary – we’re selling up here and moving out lock, stock to a city on the edge of Lake Victoria.
